@Hagerty That’s all very well. But if you don’t have enough staff to answer the phone or callback within a reasonable timeframe, then ultimately you are going to lose business. We’ve had a good experience with you in previous years which makes the current incommunicado situation worse.

@OVOenergy How many times do I have to explain to you how your own ‘Simpler Variable’ plan works! I pay monthly when the bill is raised, why do you insist on bothering me during the billing period about a ‘debt’ which is not a debt as the bill is not yet raised. Infuriating!

@OVOEnergy Good morning. Can you explain why your ‘collections’ team is bothering me about a balance of around £8 which is not due until the 23rd of next month when my monthly bill is generated? Am I expected to pay daily?? And when I call, your team hang up. Utterly shambolic!
Hi @duluxuk, currently very disappointed by your response with regards to supplying us with a paint that is quite evidently NOT the paint we ordered! A better response & solution from you would be most welcome.
