@CBSNews Autopilot won't go this fast in residential streets. I suspect the driver mistook the accelerator for the brake and mashed the accelerator to the floor. Autopilot may have been on but the act of pushing the accelerator will override Autopilot.
@EddieGarrison@magicnextdoor_ We usually just stay at a resort. We're local annual passholders but almost never go for just the day. If I were really trying to game the system I'd just walk to Saratoga Springs and hop a bus there. I suspect we'll see more of these loopholes closed too.
@EddieGarrison@magicnextdoor_ Yeah, I know that trick too but most people don't. You can do it at the parks as well but they will escort you in and out.
@EddieGarrison@magicnextdoor_ Annual passholders can park at a theme park and take transportation to a resort. Resorts have always been restricted. You can't drive up to a resort and park without a dining reservation or a room reservation even as an annual passholder.
@RonDeSantis Notice they say "Apparent Temperature". That's not the real temperature. That's the "Feels Like" or "Heat index" which is very subjective and can deviate from the real temperature by 10-25 degrees.
We're on 14.3.3 and it parks itself equal distance between vehicles. I do hate it's selection of spots though. I wish we had a couple options for home and a couple options for "not home". Let me choose to back in at home and select left/right parking spot in the garage. When in a parking lot let me choose, away from other cars, don't care, close to the destination's entrance.
@NativeTexan_17@USAA I dropped them in 2017. Home rates skyrocketed but the final straw was when we bought a Tesla Model X. The increase for that car was double the whole policy with 4 cars. Started shopping around and pretty much every other insurance company was cheaper both for Auto and Home.
@RonDeSantis I dropped USAA in 2017 because they'd become wildly overpriced. When I shopped around every carrier was significantly cheaper for the same coverage. Glad to see they are doing something to remain competitive.
