I’m supposed to perform the obligatory little ritual now and pretend both versions of this trade debacle deserve equal credibility.
I don’t... I believe the Americans.
Not because they’re American. Not because politicians suddenly became trustworthy. And certainly not because Donald Trump has been canonized.
I believe them because the American account increasingly makes more sense.
Greer, Lutnick and Bessent have spoken openly and specifically about what happened. Their accounts have been remarkably consistent. They can discuss the negotiations like people who were actually involved in them, without appearing terrified that an unsupervised adjective might escape and without a teleprompter.
Meanwhile, what do Canadians get from our own government?
Carefully sterilized language. Vague explanations. Missing specifics. Scripted talking points. Every sentence apparently passed through enough communications people and lawyers to remove any detectable trace of information.
We’re being kept in the dark like bloody mushrooms while learning more about Canada’s own trade negotiations from American officials and American media than from the Canadian government supposedly representing us.
And somehow we’re not supposed to notice how politically convenient the Canadian version is.
We got:
👉🏻 Trump was unreasonable.
👉🏻 Trump changed the deal.
👉🏻 Trump threatened our sovereignty.
👉🏻 Trump forced Canada to walk away.
Trump. Trump. Trump.
Just keep Canadians sufficiently pissed off at Donald Trump and perhaps nobody asks the considerably more inconvenient question:
❓️ What exactly did Mark Carney walk away from, and why?
Because after the Gordie Howe Bridge fiasco, I’m fresh out of complimentary benefit of the doubt.
And here’s the part that absolutely reeks, discrediting any appearance of truth told by the liar in chief #MarkCarney...
If Carney possesses documentary evidence proving Trump suddenly dumped outrageous, unacceptable demands onto Canada at the eleventh hour, where the hell is it?
Seriously.
Think about what that evidence would be worth politically.
IF Carney had a piece of paper proving Donald Trump screwed Canada, blindsided our negotiators and forced our heroic prime minister to stand up, pound the table and walk away, the Liberal machine wouldn’t quietly tuck that document into a filing cabinet.
Are you kidding me?
▪︎ They’d wallpaper Ottawa with the damn thing.
▪︎ They’d hold press conferences about it.
▪︎ They’d wave it around in Parliament.
▪︎ They’d quote it in fundraising emails.
▪︎ They’d buy ads with it.
Every friendly pundit in the country would have a laminated copy by breakfast. CBC would probably commission a twelve-part documentary and an interpretive dance.
It would be political rocket fuel.
Carney could point directly at the evidence and say, See? I stood up to Trump.
And considering how desperately this government wants Canadians angry at Trump, they would squeeze every last political drop out of it.
Instead, we get:
- Words.
- Trust us.
- Trump did it.
- Don't worry about the details.
- Just keep your elbows up and direct your anger toward the orange man south of the border.
How extraordinarily convenient.
And while Canada spends years shrieking about foreign interference, demanding security clearances for opposition leaders and warning us about other countries trying to influence Canadian politics, Canadian politicians seem remarkably comfortable inserting themselves into American partisan politics.
Apparently foreign political influence is a mortal threat to democracy when it crosses the border heading north.
Heading south?
Nothing to see here, carry on.
So enough of the carefully packaged Liberal bullshit.
Release the negotiating documents.
• Show Canadians the American demands.
• Show us Canada's demands.
• Show us what changed.
• Show us when it changed.
• Show us exactly what was sitting on that table when Canada walked away.
Because if those documents prove Carney's story, his government has every political incentive imaginable to release them, and its quite odd that they haven't.
Their continued absence doesn't prove he's lying, but it sure does suggest it!
And considering the Americans are providing details while our own government feeds us verbal oatmeal, it sure as hell gives Canadians a reason to stop swallowing everything we're spoon-fed.
Mark Carney isn't an oracle. He isn't our father. And Canadians aren't intellectually deficient children who need the PMO to decide which facts we're mature enough to see.
Stop telling us whom to hate.
Show us what happened.
Then we'll decide for ourselves who is full of shit.
#cdnpoli
Lutnick had no script.
Neither did Greer.
They both talked very candidly about what happened.
Zero contradictions.
Lutnick’s interview was 100% improvised.
ZERO HESITATION OR “UMMS” OR “UHHS”
It wasn’t a speech either.
WHY HAVE ZERO CANADIAN POLITICIANS DONE THE SAME?
Instead, they lied to us.
And got exposed. By the Americans.
Just like the Gordie Howe bridge.
Carney is being read by the Americans like a book.
And Canadian media is so afraid to call him exactly what I’ve been ACCURATELY calling him EVERY DAY since this fiasco happened:
CARNEY IS A LIAR.
HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
HE DIDN’T FAIL - THIS WAS HIS PLAN & HE DID THIS ON PURPOSE.
AN OPEN LETTER TO MARK CARNEY!
(It is so good Friends & Followers! You have got to read this!!)
By Joe Tara Watts
This is a message to Mark Carney.
I hope this message finds you.
I would normally say, I hope this message finds you well, but seeing that most Canadians are not doing well, I would hate to point out that you are doing very well.
Mark, you were selected to be the voice for the Canadian people.
You see, you are nothing but a public servant. We tell you what we want, we pay you a salary to do what we ask of you, and that is it.
When you get in front of us on camera, it should be to tell us what you have done for Canada and then you should answer all questions from us, your employers.
We didn't hire you to censor us, we didn't hire you to control us, we didn't hire you to steal from us and we didn't hire you to hide things from us.
You accepted the position with a base salary.
We never said we were going to pay $900,000.00 for in-flight meals, we never said that our money was yours for the taking.
We didn't hire you to do anything that you have been doing for your blind trusts and your buddies.
You got the position because you promised that you were the man to deal with Trump.
Not one Canadian said that we wanted to be partnered with China, or be a part of the EU or be a part of your Agenda 2030 experiment.
We hired you for one thing.
You have failed the only thing that we hired you to do. You should be fired.
I know that I speak for most of my fellow Canadians when I say that we want our money back.
We want to keep our freedoms, and, well, really, all we want is for the position that you have failed in to be replaced by someone that can actually do the job.
You do not deserve a pension, you have failed our country, and you belong behind bars.
You haven't been in this country long enough to understand who Canadians are.
We are fighters, we are free thinkers, we are not controllable, and we certainly aren't push overs.
We are persistent, and we don't give up until justice is served.
Perhaps you should have paid attention to who we are as Canadians before trying to pull your crap here.
Truly, your employers.
OUTRAGEOUS!!!
Carney tells Canadians we’ve been attacked and are at war.
He won’t meet the Canadian Parliament and inform Canadians about the deal.
But he’ll meet with the German, Latvian, Bulgarian (etc…) European MPs?
Does he think he’s so much better than our Parliament?
🚨 EXPLOSIVE: PETER NAVARRO JUST DROPPED THE REAL POLITICAL DYNAMITE BEHIND THE CANADA–U.S. TRADE COLLAPSE.
According to Trump’s trade adviser, Washington offered Canada a “fair deal” but Canadian politics poisoned the negotiations.
Navarro says Carney learned something dangerous:
Every time he attacks Trump, Canadians reward him politically.
So instead of de-escalating and closing a deal, the incentive became to keep the fight alive.
And then comes the most insane part near the end:
Navarro essentially argues that Carney’s political success from anti-Trump rhetoric made compromise harder, not easier.
Think about what that means.
If true, Canadians didn’t just lose a trade deal because of economics.
We may have lost it because fighting Trump became politically more valuable than actually making a deal.
That would be absolutely devastating.
Watch the end of this clip.
🚨 World-renowned cancer biologist Thomas Seyfried, PhD, reveals "we have a mechanism now why parasite medications are working".
Professor Thomas Seyfried: "Mebendazole, Febendazole [I] did a dive on it and I said, why [do] Parasite medications work against cancer cells, and it turns out that the parasites use mitochondrial substrate level phosphorylation in the tissue .. and mebendazol fenbendazol kill these parasites. So I tried it on the cancer cell and sure as hell, it targets the mitochondrial substrate and glycolysis"
Parasites rely on the EXACT same dysfunctional energy pathway cancer cells do and these drugs don’t care that cancer isn’t a parasite.
"So we have a mechanism now why parasite medications are working, but cancer is not a parasite"
Thomas Seyfried mentions avoiding researching Ivermectin because of political pressure during covid, but Dr. Isabella Cooper, PhD in Ketogenic Science and Hyperinsulinemia points out the mechanism for him:
"Ivermectin, it actually works on the mitochondrial cell death pathway".
Just finished a call with the Prime Minister to discuss the tariff escalation.
My message: release the text of the rejected agreement, recall Parliament, and adopt an emergency Economic Action Plan to save jobs and lower costs for our people.
The plan should scrap gas taxes until Canada Day, have zero capital gains tax on reinvesting in Canada, end the industrial carbon tax, green -light the 500 projects waiting for federal permits, and have ZERO sales tax on Canadian-made cars.
As the U.S. hikes tariffs, we must lower taxes for Canadians.
Let’s all fight for our workers, our businesses, and our country.
@PierrePoilievre@MelissaLantsman@shuvmajumdar You campaigned last election on dollar for dollar tarriff retaliation. Useless limp dick lame duck leader, step-down so an actually electable person can be elected to lead a party you clearly cant.
@PierrePoilievre@MelissaLantsman@shuvmajumdar Over 90% of MAGA Mark Carney's personal investments are in Donald Trump's America
No one loves America more than MAGA Mark Carney and the Make America Great Again Liberals
‼️BREAKING --White House Releases document outlining Canadian abuse saying its "its clear and deliberate"
Here it is:
Canada has been ripping off the United States for decades — and President Donald J. Trump is done letting them get away with it. Last week, the U.S. offered Canada the most preferential market access of any country on Earth, with deep cuts on steel, aluminum, autos, lumber, and more. Instead of partnership, Canada chose unreasonable demands, walk-backs, and flat-out rejection.
FACT: Canada is joined only by the People’s Republic of China in choosing retaliation over negotiation. Their continued discriminatory treatment of U.S. commerce has burdened American workers, farmers, and businesses.
FACT: Canada alone imposed discriminatory 25% tariffs and company-specific quotas on U.S. motor vehicles — measures applied to no other country. As a result, U.S. vehicle exports to Canada crashed 22% over the last year.
FACT: Canada banned American wine, beer, and spirits in nearly every province and territory — while other countries have faced no such restrictions. As a result, U.S. alcohol exports to Canada collapsed 81% in a single year.
FACT: Canada locks out U.S. dairy with tariff-rate quotas far more restrictive than those given to Europe, plus over-quota tariffs of nearly 300% — rates so extreme they function as a near-total ban and rank among the highest agricultural tariffs in the developed world.
FACT: Canada has extracted a persistent average annual goods trade deficit of roughly $50 billion from the U.S. over the last decade — while refusing reciprocal access.
FACT: Canada targeted American aerospace manufacturer Gulfstream for years. They effectively prohibited the sale of its G500, G600, G700, and G800 models while shielding its own competitor — until President Trump intervened.
FACT: Canada’s protectionist barriers — discriminatory auto quotas, alcohol bans, and dairy lockouts — have hammered American companies. This has cost U.S. producers billions in lost sales, forced layoffs, and driven market share to foreign competitors who face none of the same restrictions.
FACT: Without the United States, Canada could not survive. Canada sends roughly three-quarters of all its goods exports to America — and the U.S. market is where Canada gets the overwhelming majority of its money and economic oxygen.
FACT: Canada’s failed trade policies are driving its own manufacturers south. A recent survey found 42% of Canadian manufacturers have already moved or are planning to move production to the U.S.
FACT: Canada is doubling down on tariffs targeting American workers. Canada just announced an additional $27.6 billion in tariffs on American businesses — including a 50% tariff on American steel and aluminum, a 25% tariff on American fish, and a 25% tariff on American tools.
FACT: The U.S. economy is approximately 13 times larger than the Canadian economy and home to over eight times as many people. The United States has the clear leverage.
President Trump said it best: “Canada is easily the most difficult and unreasonable. They feel entitled, but they are not a State, and will be entitled no longer!” Canadian leadership chose retaliation over partnership — and America is no longer willing to carry them.
.@ezralevant explains how Mark Carney is using Canada to help the Chinese Communist Party invade America's economy and compromise our security:
“China now sees Canada as an entry point, not just into the US market. But in that Global Times propaganda piece yesterday, they noted that Canada is part of the Five Eyes security group… they said that Canada is a FORMER close ally [with the U.S.] and they say it's quite noteworthy that Canada is rebuffing America, even though it still has this deep access.
So China can't believe their luck. They couldn't keep it to themselves. They boasted about this. Not only is Carney allowing Chinese steel to sneak in, be relabeled, and then shipped at dumping prices into America, but I don't know if you know this: Last year, when Carney went to China and announced that he was joining the Chinese new world order, he threw them a bone that had never been given to them before. He said, 'China, you can sell into Canada 49,000 electric vehicles a year, and that's going to go up.'
You know what an electric vehicle is, though? It's like an iPhone with wheels! It's got so many sensors, it is a data collector! Those are 49,000 spyware vehicles being dumped into Canada!”
To the Liberal Government of Canada / Office of the Prime Minister / Liberal Caucus:
We, Canadian citizens who have watched this for eleven years, are done being gaslit.
You speak of being “attacked.” You use the language of economic war. You claim the United States is the aggressor and that Canada must “protect” itself. Yet you refuse to reconvene Parliament. You will not face the House. You will not submit your decisions, your spending, or your secretive trade concessions to open scrutiny by the people’s representatives. That is not leadership. That is contempt.
You secured a majority through floor-crossings and by-elections, not a clear popular mandate for the radical shift you immediately executed. The moment those numbers were locked, committees went dark, debate was time-allocated into oblivion, investigations were smothered behind parliamentary privilege, and billions in spending moved with zero meaningful oversight. Now another set of by-elections approaches. We are watching. If you re-secure the numbers, we fully expect the same deliberate acceleration: more closed doors, more rapid passage of bills, more announcements, and the same dismissal of anyone who questions you as a “conspiracy theorist,” a “whiner,” or a “crybaby.” We have seen this movie before. It was called COVID. The script has not changed—only the actors and the excuses.
We do not believe your polished framing. We do not believe the carefully worded press releases. We do not believe the endless repetition by compliant media that simply loops your talking points. After eleven years of being told we are wrong, backward, or dangerous for noticing the pattern—elite networks, opaque international commitments, rapid European realignment, sudden China recalibration, new financial institutions created outside normal democratic debate, and a consistent refusal of real accountability—we trust the evidence of our own eyes and the public statements coming from the United States more than we trust you.
You are spending the people’s money at scale while refusing the basic discipline of parliamentary oversight. You invoke crisis language while denying the country the very institution designed to examine crisis decisions. You demand trust while systematically reducing the mechanisms that create trust.
This is not about “right-wing talking points” or “American interference.” This is about Canadian citizens who are awake, not “woke,” who reject the idea that ordinary people exist merely to fund and endure an agenda decided in Davos language, closed committees, and elite networks. We are not your props. We are not your funding source. We are not required to accept your gaslighting as truth.
Reconvene Parliament. Open the books. Subject the spending, the trade decisions, the new institutions, and the strategic pivots to real scrutiny. Stop the insults. Stop the framing. Tell Canadians, in plain language and under the light of the House, exactly what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it serves the citizens of this country rather than the networks you have spent your careers inside.
If you will not do that, then drop the pretence that you govern with democratic consent. The pattern is clear. The record is public. We are watching the by-elections. And we are no longer pretending not to see what is happening.
The citizens of Canada
August 2026
It’s one thing for our Governments to disagree with some of the trade terms the U.S. had in the agreement, but to run around acting like petulant children on Camera and going full on anti-American exposes them for just how vile & vindictive they are. We witnessed this behavior during Covid.
Zero calm rational thinking, just anger and unhinged behavior. And it affects the population immensely.
All Carney had to do was ask for more time to get through the items Canada didn’t agree on. His decision was calculated & purposeful. He doesn’t want this battle to end. Low IQ Canadians eat it up and praise their dear leader, it’s no different than what Germans did in the 30’s and 40’s and just like then we are under the same levels of propaganda.
If Canadians weren’t so emotionally stunted they would be asking them to get back to the table.
TRUMP SHOOTS CARNEY DOWN - AGAIN!!
Trump says what our media won’t. - it was NEVER about ‘language’.
CARNEY TANKED THE TALKS FOR POLITICAL GAIN.
Carney is littering with the lives of 10’s of 1,000’s of Canadians because of polls
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH OF THIS FRAUDSTER & FAILURE.
(How can ANY Liberal voter still support this charlatan??)
Canadian here -- if you're curious as to "what is going ON with Canada"
I can tell you
Canada has an entire political class and media that is 100% dependent on fueling the war with the USA to survive.
Without this conflict, they only have a record of failure and propaganda
