@AmericanAir because of the auto rebooking that was “best” for me I was not projected to get home till tomorrow Wednesday. I had to cancel my flight spend more money and fly back with a different airline…. An apology isn’t enough, step up!
@AmericanAir be better, my delayed flight you rebooked me without consulting me. Your AI does not know what’s best for me and should’ve asked if I wanted to switch my flights.
I am now stuck in Denver and can’t get on my original flight as it was over sold and rebooked.
@AmericanAir Got a “we are sorry” and basically nothing else. Granted I know I am one customer and that’s fine but that’s not adequate and will do my best to avoid flying this airline again… My point not being addressed and was stuck in panic mode with little to no help
@comcast been months with no resolve to a network reliability issue at home. No one will listen to me when I tell them it has to do with the line coming in. Please get me in contact with an engineer.
