@alanstorm@liyanage That is totally true (and almost forgot), it indeed was first a fork of @liyanage’s excellent work. 20 years is like an eternity in internet lifes ;)
We won’t shut down the service, you can still use and download the existing binaries and scripts. There’s no plan to shut that down. We had a good time and learnt a lot. Hope you too.
Thanks for all the fish ;)
It’s time to say goodbye to https://t.co/o1eNe0DFPY. We finally put a deprecation notice on the web page, as we won’t maintain the project any further. We recommend using a homebrew based setup for the latest and greatest PHP (they already have PHP 8 \o/).
@sam_spycher Thanks for the report, and yes, it’s time to move on. We finally put a deprecation notice on https://t.co/o1eNe0DFPY - We don’t have the energy and motivation to support this project, since we don’t need it anymore.
@herwindgarcia@weibelm Isn’t 5.6.36 the latest released version? Should then also run on 10.4 Mojave. Apple changed things on their side, we didn’t have to.
Don’t upgrade to macOS 10.14 Mojave yet, if you rely on our php integration into Apple’s apache!
Here’s the bugreport: https://t.co/3FheyYS9cd - Don’t have a solution yet :(
