Video sent to me, circulating of soldier who looks like #Myanmar#military security forces firing an RPG weapon (rocket-propelled grenade) in #Mandalay. Unclear of target but it appears he was aiming it at residential housing although cannot be verified. #WhatsHappeningInMyanmar
