I am just finishing Atomic Habits by @JamesClear, and I can honestly say that it's about one of the best books I've ever read. Already putting in place some of the suggestions and making a difference in a time of great uncertainty in my life. 100% recommend. Go follow him!

@GrammarlyHelp I was kicked out of my account while writing a very important document, and now I am unable to log back in. Is there something going on with your system? The status page says everything is operational, but I am unable to sign in with my Google account!
Señor @_JuanEspadas es una auténtica pena el abandono que hay en el parque de Magallanes a la vera del río. Está todo lleno de cristales rotos por los botellones. Apenas hay papeleras y todo acaba en el río. Va usted a hacer algo al respecto?
“In times of uncertainty, your habits can ground you.
When you feel overwhelmed, practice 1 minute of mindfulness.
When you feel restless, do a 1-minute workout.
When the world seems uncontrollable, focus on what you can control.”

The World Health Organization has announced that dogs cannot contract Covid-19. Dogs previously held in quarantine can now be released. To be clear, WHO let the dogs out.
My good friend @capirizca is an all-round kickass project manager. She's now starting her own business helping people making the jump and becoming Scrum Masters. Scrumio launches its Scrum courses in Seville! https://t.co/lbtA0l9gm3 - Please RT!
The most useful form of patience is persistence.
Patience implies waiting for things to improve on their own.
Persistence implies keeping your head down and continuing to work when things take longer than you expect.
Assumptions that are good to operate by even if they aren’t always true:
-The competition is smarter and better funded than you.
-Without a great product, nothing else matters.
-Projects will take 50% longer than expected.
-10 minutes early is 5 minutes late.

@josephcwells@WizStrat@JamesClear I think for me the biggest winner is the 'habit stacking' technique and the compound gain. It's better to exercise for 2 minutes each day than not at all, for instance. I do a bit each day after my first coffee, before eating the rest of my breakfast and get the work day started.
@josephcwells@WizStrat@JamesClear I agree. To me, the best part of the book is the framework. He gives a very simple, yet very powerful language to commit to do something.
