On Friday, I visited a school to do my own Outreach to mark an event in my life...

It is a secondary school, SS1 class.

A female student was playing with her classmate, a male, and in the cause of their play, the boy said "youre not even that beautiful.... (Mind you, I was observing from the window) Immediately, the girl shouted "stop touching me, ill report you..."

She left the class and walked towards the staff room, and a few minutes later, she came with 2 teachers who wanted to "brutalize" the boy in the guise of discipline....

I stepped in and they decided to let the boy go with a warning.

A few minutes later, the same girl was teasing another boy. The boy, who obviously saw everything she had done to their classmate, pushed her aside saying "don't touch me".

To my surprise, the girl went back to the staff room and came back with the same teachers and all they could say to the boy was "are you not glad that a beautiful girl is touching you" and they disgustingly laughed it off.

Anyways I had a discussion with the principal and asked her to kindly pit an eye on those teachers and the female student. Before I left, she said something that struck a nerve... She said "You wouldn't blame the girl child, because all the powers they think they have, the laws and privileges were enacted by the men."

I decided to do a little search on Google and I just knew we should need another generation of tough men to reverse the damage that's already been done.

I will be running another experiment.

The top 40 students in Enugu from the last Olympiad will engage in a 3-week bootcamp to learn some critical skills with precision.

They will learn how to build drones from the ground up, auto mechanics, precision welding, electrical work, and basic programming.

Some experts will fly into Enugu for the period to train them on these skills. It will run from August 10 to August 30.

If this works as planned, then it will give us stronger validation for the skill development program we are currently designing.

Don’t be tired of my experiments. Whatever works, we scale quickly.
