@NormDePlume11 No. There was significant fat distribution to the face and softening/clarity of the skin. My makeup also improved in my opinion. If you think the only difference between these photos is the hair, you are objectively wrong.
I personally am not sure if I agree with him here, mostly because I'm not sure the gap between whites and jews in the west is wide enough to consider them distinct enough as a social class. I like Norman Finkelstein's "White+" framing more.
@realjewishlarry Doesn't mean the book has no value, I'm in no place to utterly denounce the book on its own as I have not read it, but it's important to understand who Marjene Strapani was if you want to have a feel for the book's true purpose
@realjewishlarry Combine this with Persepolis being a strictly western work for a western audience which primarily demonizes Iran based on its repressive theocratic laws, released during the Bush Era, and the book takes on a much more malignant, propagandistic purpose
This is actually really cool! American indigenous people share similar genetics to east and northeast asian peoples, and since the vast majority of Mexicans are descended from the native population, it follows that some would share similar traits to east asians (like monolids!)
