🚨 House Bill No. 8190 | Anti-Road Rage Act
Author: Rep. Sandro Marcos
This HB No. 8190 or Anti-Road Rage Act puts road rage where it belongs: under the law.
👇🏻Check the details below.
And this is how Rep. Benny Abante gets vindicated.
Remember when Sara Duterte went to Isko’s campaign rally in Manila to campaign against Abante?
Not just that: nag-post pa sya maliciously ng photo ni Abante na hindi dapat i-post.
Pero pikon kasi sya because Abante asked her questions she could not answer during the HOR hearings prior.
Anyway, this is Abante’s endorsement speech of the 4th impeachment complaint.
Can we say, mirisi?
2 impeachment raps vs VP Sara pass first House test
The House Committee on Justice on Monday declared the two remaining impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte sufficient in form, allowing the proceedings to move forward after it set aside the first complaint for violating the Constitution’s one-year bar on initiating impeachment proceedings against the same official and approved the withdrawal of the second complaint.
The panel, chaired by Atty. Gerville “Jinky Bitrics” Luistro of Batangas, adopted two separate motions declaring the third and fourth impeachment complaints against the Vice President Sara Zimmerman Duterte sufficient in form.

🚨Bakit Pwedeng Mabuksan ang Bank Accounts sa Impeachment?
4. Thus, the questions: Saan napunta ang confidential funds? May personal bang nakinabang?

Majority Leader Sandro Marcos’ House Bill (HB) No. 8190 or the proposed “Anti Road Rage Act”
It is rather annoying how the Bulacan governor would actually say “Okay na po ‘yan” — as if it is no harm, no foul. If there’s no denial over the matter on his part, the whole road rage issue might be true and to make matters worse? He is downplaying the whole damned thing!
It doesn’t matter if it is a presidential son or not. If what SILG Remulla said is true, the man really deserves to be punished somehow — Remulla said that the Bulacan governor travels with 4 lanes occupied and no one can overtake. In the North Luzon EXPRESSWAY no less! Ugh!
I don’t think that this is the first time the Bulacan governor had this kind of incident of road rage or power tripping. It is a good thing that the media caught the incident but what if it is just us, normal motorists on our way back to the city from a trip? How many prior incidents and victims were there? Hmmm… I wonder.
It is true what Majo Sandro said, “We cannot allow road rages to continue on our roads, because one reckless decision can turn into a lifelong tragedy for an innocent family”. With four lanes occupied, I could only imagine people like the Bulacan governor have a security back-up with guns. A lot can happen!
The House Bill 8190 defined what road rage is — it gives enforcers and prosecutors a clearer tool to address patterns that often escalate. It says that road rage is defined “as any intentional and aggressive act committed by a driver or occupant arising from a traffic-related incident, carried out to intimidate, threaten, harass, retaliate against, or cause harm to another road user, and creating a clear and present danger to life, limb or property”.
But I also want to put an emphasis on this part “acts such as driving in a manner that endangers another road user, using a vehicle as a means of intimidation or pursuit, and threatening or assaulting another person in connection with a traffic encounter.”
I cannot and will not for sure what inspired the Majority Leader to file such bill -- but if it is stops someone like Daniel Fernando do such thing again. I will support it! Every Filipino passing through or going to Bulacan should feel safe from power tripping politicians with security detail.
House Committee on Justice is going to be Sara Zimmerman Duterte’s worst nightmare
I have read the entirety of the two impeachment complaints against the President as soon as the copy became available — it is not hard to say that I am 100% that the impeachment will not prosper. The articles of impeachment presented are mostly hearsay, unsubstantiated and an overreach.
But one interesting thing about the House Committee on Justice is how detailed the discussions are, if the articles on impeachment against Sara Duterte are as good as strong as the one transmitted in the Senate last Congress… This will open a lot of problems for the Vice President.
If you follow the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability investigations, you will know for a fact that the articles of impeachment against Sara Duterte have an overwhelming amount of evidence. The statements are not mere hearsays — but from the people who have personal knowledge of the accusations, like the officials of the Philippine Army, employees of the Department of Education and Office of the Vice President among others.
What is also damaging is the documentation/ certification from the Philippine Statistics Office and the personal instructions of Sara Duterte to the Special Disbursing Officers to hand the confidential funds to her security officers.
This is exactly why Sara Duterte used every ounce of her remaining political capital to a no-trial scenario.
🚨LEANDRO LEVISTE WANTS LOWER FINES?
BBM, Sara Duterte, Kiko Barzaga, o kahit sino pa yan, ang pananagutan ay pananagutan.
Managot ang dapat managot. 👊

“Leviste has reportedly floated a “token” ₱80 million to settle the roughly ₱24 billion in penalties imposed by Energy Secretary Sharon Garin.
The DOE hit Solar Philippines Power Project Holdings Inc., which Leviste founded, with about ₱24 billion in penalties after the firm failed to deliver nearly 12 gigawatts of committed renewable energy capacity. That shortfall triggered the cancellation of around 33 service contracts and, more importantly, effectively cost the company its franchise to supply power under those agreements.
Velasco noted that the DOE has been specific about what the penalties cover. These include performance security funds, costs tied to contract failures, and other financial obligations such as training fees and forfeited bonds. The department says these were triggered by missed deadlines and ignored show-cause orders issued to the sponsor firms.
Leviste has challenged the penalties, arguing they were sent to the wrong legal entities and that proper notice wasn’t given. The DOE, however, is holding the line, saying the penalties are rooted in breached contractual obligations, regardless of corporate structuring or technicalities.”
Classic baliktad-utak.
A fake medical record was circulated, and your demand is that the President “prove” it’s fake by releasing private record?
Beh, ikaw dapat mag-prove na authentic ang pinakalat mong document galing St. Luke’s!
There is no constitutional or statutory requirement for a Philippine President to publish full medical records.
The only requirement is that he is fit to serve, which he already is.
Bumalik na nga sa trabaho eh.
Chairman Benny Abante’s face represents all of us while listening to Filipinos protecting China.
Very disappointing move of Minority Leader Libanan 😒 Before you ask Jay Tariella to “be professional” — ask China to respect our sovereignty and our territory!
Shame to all pro-China Filipinos!
The powerful Villar clan is facing financial ruin after the Philippine Securities and Exchange files criminal charges against Villar Land Holdings Corp., its top executives, and related entities for alleged market manipulation and insider trading.
Villar and his company claimed P1.33 trillion in total assets and a net income of P999.72 billion - a staggering jump from the P1.46 billion earned a year earlier. Villar Land attributed the growth to revaluation of its real estate holdings.
However, the SEC alleged these figures were released before an external audit was finalized. When the audited statements were eventually submitted, total assets plummeted to P35.7 billion, a fraction of the initial claim.
Villar brought this mess on himself. I look forward to seeing them finally brought low.

‘WE WILL NEVER BE SILENCED OR INTIMIDATED’
“I fully support President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s position that declaring any diplomat persona non grata is a measure of last resort,” saad ni Tarriela.
“The Philippines remains open to dialogue, but we will never be silenced or intimidated when it comes to protecting our sovereignty, sovereign rights and maritime jurisdiction,” dagdag pa niya.
Hindi pa abswelto si Sara Zimmerman Duterte — Duterte supporters celebrating the Supreme Court ruling reveals their problematic reading comprehension
The Supreme Court ruling was technical, it didn’t say anything about the substance nor does it absolve Sara Zimmerman Duterte about anything. I do not see why the Duterte supporters are celebrating this resolution.
I must say that I have very strong contention on the new Supreme Court ruling, I agree with the legal luminaries in saying that it was indeed a judicial overreach. But after what Chiz Escudero did to delay the process — I can say that the new requirement of the ruling is exactly what Sara Duterte fears. A public discussion of the things she is accused of.
Since the Supreme Court practically said the complaints shall go through the Committee on justice — arguably single handedly alter what says on the constitution about ⅓ votes. The discussion about the merits of the case will be earlier than Sara Duterte would hope and given that the composition of the House of Representatives doesn’t work in her favor.
Unlike the impeachment complaint against the President — the complaint against the Vice President transmitted to the Senate is a very strong one. All articles are a sure conviction and there’s no wonder why Sara Duterte used all her political capital for a no trial.
I really recommend you read the version of the impeachment filed and transmitted to the Senate. 1-2 of which were also the same subject of the plunder cases filed against Sara Duterte and I know you have seen the volume of files/ attachments.
After the public deliberation of the House Committee on Justice — I wonder if the Duterte Senate attack dogs will have the guts to block the impeachment. How can they face the public if Sara gets away with all she did?
Former Senator Antonio Trillanes (@TrillanesSonny ) and Liberal leaning civil society have filed graft charges against Vice President Sara Duterte at the Ombudsman.
The charges levied against Duterte include plunder, graft and corrupt practices, breach of ethical standards, bribery, money laundering and ill-gotten wealth.
In a statement released to the media during the filing, the group explained that the newly filed complaint builds on an earlier case involving the alleged misuse of confidential funds submitted by civil society and Church groups in December 2025, including testimony by Ramil Madriaga linking Sara Duterte to the drug trade.
The complaint argues it has sufficient evidence to show Sara Duterte accumulated billions in wealth due to her mismanagement and blatant corruption as Vice President, Mayor of Davao and Education Secretary,
The complaint further claimed that only 192 classrooms were built despite a target of more than 6,000, raising accusations of graft and gross incompetence, as well as Duterte’s alleged failure to declare more than P2 billion in assets in her Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth, which complainants describe as ill-gotten wealth.

The three impeachment complaints against President Marcos showed that critics really have nothing against him
Both the complainants of today’s impeachment cases accused the first one to be “bogus” or “scam” — but theirs are no better. As a supporter of the President, the complaints even boosted my confidence that critics do not really have anything against him and it will not gain much traction.
Some are overreached claims, some are hearsays and of course there are the out of this world accusations.
Bayan/ Makabayan Bloc Impeachment Complaint
Imagine my disappointment when the Makabayan bloc cited the former Congressman Zaldy Co and the unverified Leandro Leviste “Cabral” files in their articles of impeachment. I detected desperation. It is as though they only filed for the sake of filing.
I thought that they would risk the Sara Duterte presidency for something concrete… but sadly, not.
I would like to remind the complainants that they didn’t discover the anomalies in the flood control projects — none of the other critics, it was the President who brought all of these out in the open. Whether they admit it or not, everything that we know about the issues/ anomalies were a product of his SONA pronouncement and we’re making much progress since.
It was an overreach! It doesn’t take the most brilliant of minds to defend this in the Committee on Justice.
Sara Duterte Attack Dogs Impeachment Complaint
Well, just like their Facebook posts — their complaint is nothing but click-bait. They didn’t have any member of the House with them when they went to “file”. You don’t need to be a lawyer to know that a complaint needs an endorser! Lol
Well, at least the Makabayan bloc and the Sara Duterte attack dogs have something in common! They both believe and make the statements of Zaldy Co, the bible truth. As if he is not the most guilty! As if he’s not a fugitive.
Imagine their Facebook post written by a lawyer and packaged as an impeachment complaint — that was it. The arrest of the older Duterte, the alleged drug use, the Zaldy Co claim, the Martin Romualdez attacks even the AKAP program.
With the attack dogs who have been claiming the same things for years but cannot produce an ounce of proof.
