Texas Instruments is introducing a new Cortex-M0+ micro, the MSPM0. At 39 cents in volume (and a buck a piece when not), I'd consider this their first entry-level 32-bit MCU. Love to see the 1.5 MSPS ADC and DMA controller, along with the weirdo 2mm-wide 16-pin "SOT-23" package.
