Have a rider who may have left an item in my car, but I did not find it. BUT, the next rider may have picked it up. Is there a # he can call to get some help contacting the rider after him. It might have gotten picked up with their many items.

Had an issue signing in 2 my app last wk. Went thru every step support told me 2 do. They said I'd have 2 factory reset. I did, it worked. Hr later phone is banned. AI didn't recognize it.

@Uber_Support It's been 4 days since I've been able to sign in and drive. Customer support keep saying they R working on it, AFTER I have to explain things AGAIN. It would B nice if I could actually talk to Tech Support instead about this issue as I think it should b an easy fix.
