Where do you find happiness in your day?

For me it can be tiny things: the ripples on the water, two birds playing, smiling at a stranger as I pass them and seeing their face light up.

For the guys, how much does cleavage distract you in conversation with a co-worker (especially when they are seated and your standing)?
