@British_Airways I appreciate your customer service team work very hard but...when a CS rep promised to call me back in 30 minutes and hasn't .... a tad disappointing
@Ryanairways_ I spoke to a very helpful gentleman but it was a complete waste of time and the most torturous experience resulting in my not being able to proceed with the booking. Back to square one.

@UPS Slightly baffled by the inability of any of your customer service reps to help me to pay an invoice over the phone. I've spoken to 5 different people and a total of 30 mins of being on the phone has still got me nowhere. Where exactly am I going wrong?????

@British_Airways why does a hire car booked as a package with BA have stricter Ts & Cs in place than booking direct with Avis? I lose £223 if I cancel my car booking with BA, yet Avis tell me there is a 48h cancellation policy with full refund had I gone direct. Am I stupid?

@AerLingus for a business transatlantic fare, you say that a refund is possible - 15% of the fare and a 'refund administration fee'. Are you able to confirm how much this admin fee is please? Thank you.
@TravelodgeUK does a booking confirmation constitute a guaranteed late arrival (post 9pm)? If not, please advise how I may request this. Sadly nobody ever picks up the phone and there is no late-arrival option in the portal. Thanks.
