😂 so I was supposed to go on a date today. The girl chose a restaurant at Melrose arch, even though she lives in Pretoria and I live in Midrand. I told her I’d meet her at the restaurant, but she said I was supposed to pick her up. she expected me to drive all the way to Pretoria, then take her to the restaurant in Melrose Arch and obviously take her back to Pretoria after the date. Of course i said Nah because it didn’t make sense to me, and just like that, the talking stage ended. I liked her, but I’m not willing to inconvenience myself like that, especially when we’re not even in a relationship. These days, it feels like being in a relationship requires compromising to the point of ignoring logic, and that’s something I’m not willing to do.
