@yungcalc What would help is an actual objective, like maybe one that spawns at 5 / 20 Minutes inbetween two lanes on each side of the map, one giving permanent buffs and the other giving a temporary “pushing” buff or ability like summoning an NPC to seige base an- wait a second…

seeing a few misleading replies:

zeno / floormen wanted to use it for Deathy's tournament last weekend, not the Walmart open this weekend.

there's no evidence to suggest it would be used in the walmart tournament, but the mix up is understandable with back-to-back weekend tournaments
in-game: "but we said no bc deathy would ban us or smth" correctly aligns with zeno's tweet about "didnt want to abuse it because it would be banned and lead to a DQ"

AVERAGE said it best when if MLC really cared about competitive integrity, they'd tell the TOs or just do it in the lower stakes BO1 instead of waiting for a BO3 Final they haven't won in weeks (Friendly Esports Banter Don't Get Too Sensitive Over That Last Part).

Devils advocate: Any team who knew about this strategy should have asked the TOs about it ahead of time.
