@AmericanAir please resolve why I can’t log in or have email confirmation of my flight booked yesterday. I was charged. No answer to your customer service number. No emails and being sent despite multiple attempts to reset log in.
@lowes total store failure delivery on an online order. My multiple attempts for help gave me less than acceptable accountability. I have asked for the regional manager, and now the Easley store manager said it wasn't fair to ask. Disrespectful is an understatement.
