BREAKING: Federal judge CRUSHES Trump administration’s unconstitutional Pentagon press crackdown.

The Constitution just struck back against the Trump administration.

In a powerful ruling, a federal judge has shut down key parts of the Trump administration’s attempt to control and restrict reporters at the Pentagon — declaring the policy unconstitutional and a direct violation of the First Amendment.

The Trump administration had tried to force journalists to sign sweeping new rules that would allow the Pentagon to label them “security risks” — and strip their access if they asked the wrong questions.

Seriously. Ask too much? Lose your press pass. Refuse to play along? You’re out.

And that’s exactly what happened.

Dozens of journalists refused to sign the policy — choosing principle over access — and were effectively pushed out, replaced by a wave of pro-Trump outlets and administration-friendly voices.

But now, a federal judge has called it exactly what it is: BLATANTLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

The court didn’t just block the policy — it ordered that reporters from The New York Times get their Pentagon access restored, delivering a major blow to an administration effort that critics say was designed to silence tough questions and reward loyal coverage.

Even in court, the administration tried to argue that journalists shouldn’t have the right to ask for certain information.
The judge’s response? “Why not?”

Exactly. Because that’s the whole point of a free press.

This wasn’t about “security.” It was about control. Control over who gets to ask questions. Control over what gets reported. Control over the narrative.

And for a moment, it worked… until the courts stepped in.

This ruling is bigger than one policy. It’s a reminder that the First Amendment isn’t optional — and that attempts to sideline independent journalism won’t go unchallenged.

Because in a democracy, the press doesn’t work for the government. The government answers to the press.

🚨 If Reform can’t run Worcestershire… how can they run Britain?

Nigel Farage now says Reform “regret” taking control of Worcestershire County Council.

No one forced them to stand.

They campaigned on cutting waste and reducing taxes.

Instead residents got one of the biggest council tax rises in the country – nearly 9%.

So what happened?

Let’s remember the facts.

Under the previous Conservative administration Worcestershire delivered around £60m of savings in two years while continuing to invest in services.

Reform promised they could do better.

Instead we’ve seen:

• Internal division
• Rushed decision making
• A Deputy Leader resigning publicly citing lack of action
• And now Nigel Farage saying they wish they hadn’t taken control

Farage has even described Worcestershire as a “basket case”.

Let’s be clear.

Worcestershire is not a basket case.

It’s a county of hardworking residents, businesses and communities who deserve serious leadership — not excuses from politicians who suddenly realise governing is harder than shouting slogans.

Here’s another inconvenient truth.

The current leader of the council was a Conservative councillor until March 2025 before switching parties shortly before the election.

So when Reform claim they inherited a mess…

they are effectively blaming themselves.

Running a council is not the same as running a protest movement.

It involves difficult decisions about:

• social care
• children’s services
• infrastructure
• long-term finances

Serious politicians deal with those challenges.

Populists complain when reality arrives.

Nigel Farage has spent years criticising governments from the sidelines.

But the moment Reform has to actually run something — even one county council — the story changes from:

“We’ll fix it.”

to

“We wish we hadn’t bothered.”

If Reform cannot run one county council without breaking their promises…

why should anyone trust them to run the country?

You’ve seen the slogans:

They sound empowering. But they’re not science - they’re marketing.

And they’re making the world dumber, poorer, and sicker.

Your body doesn’t care if a molecule comes from a plant or a lab.

Formaldehyde is formaldehyde and your body makes more of it every day than any vaccine ever could.

Dose matters. Source doesn’t.
This fear isn’t harmless.

It shapes public policy.
It blocks innovation.
It raises food prices.
It slows down cancer treatments.

Chemophobia is now mainstream and it’s costing lives.

Scientists aren’t losing because we’re wrong. We’re losing because fear spreads faster than facts.

Because influencers sell fear for clicks. Because lawyers monetize doubt.

And because scientists are too tired to fight back. So here’s my message, as a chemist and as a citizen:

Learn how toxicology works.
Call out chemical fear-mongering.
Support policies based on evidence, not emotion.

Chemistry isn’t the enemy.
It’s the reason you have clean water, safe food, and modern medicine.

If we let fear win, we lose all of it.

BREAKING: Trump threatens to DEPORT Robert De Niro in unhinged tirade after State of the Union.

In a late-night meltdown that stunned even longtime observers, President Donald Trump launched a furious attack on Hollywood icon Robert De Niro — and floated the idea of deporting him.

Yes. Deporting him. An American citizen.

After facing heckling during his State of the Union address, Trump took to Truth Social to unload on critics, lumping De Niro in with Democratic lawmakers Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, and calling the Oscar-winning actor “sick,” “demented,” and “seriously CRIMINAL.” He then suggested De Niro and others should “get on a boat” and leave the country.

Let’s pause there.

Robert De Niro — born in Manhattan, raised in New York City, one of the most celebrated American actors of all time — was just threatened with exile by a sitting president for criticizing him.

Trump mocked De Niro for becoming emotional and claimed some of the actor’s statements were “seriously criminal,” though he offered no evidence of any crime. Instead, the post read like a stream-of-consciousness rant, filled with insults, name-calling, and baseless accusations.

This wasn’t policy. It wasn’t debate. It was pure grievance politics.

And the target wasn’t some anonymous online critic — it was a Hollywood legend who has spent decades shaping American culture.

Trump’s comments follow a familiar pattern: when challenged, escalate. When criticized, threaten. From attacking members of Congress to now fantasizing about deporting a U.S.-born actor, the rhetoric keeps getting darker.

Legal experts have long warned that labeling political criticism as “criminal” is a dangerous line to cross. Free speech doesn’t disappear because it hurts the president’s feelings. But in Trump’s world, dissent equals disloyalty.

The irony? De Niro’s “crime” appears to be publicly opposing Trump’s policies.

That’s not criminal. That’s democracy.

And if speaking out against power now earns you a ticket “on a boat,” the question isn’t what De Niro did wrong. It’s how far this rhetoric is willing to go.
