@ajjolley @Crapule68 @sputniksteve Most schools have had tie and blazer, some tie and jumper, one just a jumper. Same expectation for staff (male) to where a tie.

I tend to take my jacket off once the class is in, roll my sleeves up and look like a low grade PM on a trip to a hospital
@ajjolley @Crapule68 @sputniksteve Well every secondary school I have worked in over the last 19 years has expected a tie, the only leeway has been smart trousers over a full suit.
The only secondary school in the trust I worked in that accepted no ties was the SEMH school.
