Though this statement is appreciated, I hope @thecsp put ACTIONS behind their words. Systematic racism is an issue that greatly affects Physiotherapy & needs change to support current and aspiring physiotherapists to make them feel welcome & a normal part of the profession.

Seeing a lot of discussion on here following the recent events in the US has got me thinking about diversity and the struggle BAME physio’s and other healthcare professionals face, the ignorance of myself and others to this issue is ridiculous (1/4)

Nobody needs my opinion on this tbh, but if you are white, the least you can do is follow BAME voices in your chosen disciple, engage with them, I am still very uneducated but that is no longer an excuse, we can educate ourselves. (3/4)
