With 5% increase from @thecsp and a 20% rise from @The_HCPC we are now looking at £45pcm to come to work. Its a struggle to see the current value of either in the real world, and no where near a deal that is a fair and equitable pay rise/conditions for NHS staff. Untenable #nhs

No matter how well you know the story or the people involved… nothing prepares you for emotional punch from the latest programme about @Rob7Burrow living with MND. It’s heartbreaking.
His family are wonderful… his wife is superhuman.
Had our long stay, post-covid MND patient finally discharged today! Such an uphill battle to get to this point with severe pneumonias, continuous NIV and sometimes 3x/day chest treatment but she made it! There were some (happy) tears but it was for sure the hayfever... 🥹
Check out this amazing opportunity to work as a Band 4 therapy support worker @UHBTherapy we definitely need to see more of these roles around @WestMidlandsCSP@thecsp@TheACPRC https://t.co/YPRDEcgM7y
Watching #Emergency on @Channel4 is an eye-opening emotional rollercoaster. Great emphasis on the importance of medical input and recovery physiotherapy in London major trauma network 🚑🩼💉
Currently awaiting the results of a PCR test. Hoping for a miracle for it to be negative 🏼 can't cope with the thought of another covid ruined christmas 😥🎅🏼
This week will be sharing some of the most popular #ICUOnePagers https://t.co/FVN1KWWxBU

Did the daily check of emails today and received amazing feedback from a lovely ITU Reg whom came and reviewed a patient I was acutely managing with NIV. It's so lovely to receive such a kind and considerate message, even in such high pressurised times 🥰
Then to top it all off, I get to celebrate all the hard work, tears and laughter by starting as a Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist. Bring on the promotion 👩🏼🎓💪🏼🫁🩺
Can't quite believe the year it's been, officially 1 year into my career as a physiotherapist and finally graduated alongside people I get to call my best friends ❤️💛💙
Took our long stay covid patient outside for the first time in over 60 days, the most rewarding and fulfilling experience since rotating onto ITU. Eyes were a little watery... must of been the hayfever 😳🙃
