Useful clinical tip.
If you suspect a patient may have developed a habitual limp post antalgic limping, simply ask them to walk backwards.
The habitual limper will walk normally the antalgic will still limp.
No one learns to limp backwards.
Back from Turkey now and tough to really some it up in words but what an experience.
So many lessons learnt from this experience and although it didn’t go how I imagined it would, I’m so glad it did.
