@AmazonUK It was mentioned however when I spoke to your customer services I was told my packages were still on their way. It was only when I checked today did I find out one of my items was “probably lost”. I still don’t know about my other 2 items. Are these lost too?

Bought Xmas presents from @AmazonUK. Needed urgently so PAID for Amazon Prime. 5 days later I’m told they’ve lost my packages! They offered a £5 gift voucher. Not good enough seen as how I needed the stuff 3 days ago. I’m one cross Xmas elf!
