I remember my sister had splints but threw them across the room in her sleep & not keen to wear to school. Main issues were playing instruments & aesthetics.

@DrJN_SportsMed This push up splint has worked well for skiers thumb and my CMC issues. Can’t use clinically but allows it to rest.
In my early physio career getting house mates to cut up dinner & eat with a spoon was affective when I had done too much hands on at rugby club! 😬
