@kep3n It means “One Rep Max” — it’s an estimate of how much weight you can do for just one rep.

@__Jonny It adds ~2.5% so as some exercises get heavier it increases. You can always fine tune the progression before or during workouts!

@imcurry When you’re editing your workout routine’s sets you can choose Superset at the bottom, below the number of reps.
