There is one more point I want everyone to pay attention to.

No matter what has happened, Lumari and the others are still Pioneers. Even if personal interests or other factors have caused them to move in a direction that I do not agree with, I still hope that one day they may recognize the problems and come back to the right direction.

Therefore, we do not need to treat them as enemies, and we certainly do not need to spend every day fighting with them.

However, this does not mean that I support everything they are doing. Some of their actions, in my view, do not align with the principles we advocate and may lack appropriate transparency. Therefore, we must clearly distinguish our boundaries.

But I also want everyone to look at this from another perspective.

When they use the name GCV or Global GCV Movement, display the GCV symbol, promote GCV ideas, and expand their own communities, people outside may also see that the influence of GCV is becoming broader and broader.

I am the Founder of the Global GCV Movement. Seeing the GCV concept spread around the world is, in itself, something we have worked toward for many years.

As for whether charging tens of dollars, selling cards, or conducting other commercial activities is legal, that is a separate legal question. We are not law-enforcement authorities, and without sufficient facts and legal grounds, we should not make legal conclusions ourselves.

Therefore, I do not want everyone spending their valuable time and energy fighting with them.

If they genuinely develop ecosystems and promote the practical use of GCV, then objectively, some of their work may also help more people learn about GCV. I also hope Lumari will eventually focus more of her energy on ecosystem development rather than controversy and conflict.

Our attitude is very simple:

We do not support conduct that is inconsistent with our principles, but we do not need to turn people into enemies.

We do not participate in endless conflict, but we clearly maintain our boundaries.

We focus on building our own community, and let time and results speak for themselves.

Regarding possible confusion over identity, we do not need to make the solution complicated.

From now on, official activities, banners, announcements, and materials belonging to our Global GCV Movement can consistently include my photo together with our official identifying elements. In this way, Pioneers can immediately recognize which Global GCV Movement and leadership the material represents, reducing unnecessary confusion.

Once the problem is solved, we move forward.

Sometimes, the highest level of strategy is not to fight at all.

“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.”

We do not need to create enemies.

What we need to do is make our own community stronger, our education better, and our ecosystem more successful.

According to reports and information we have received from the community, there is a serious issue that requires attention regarding the sale of so-called “GCV Ambassador Cards.”

We understand that these cards have been sold to many pioneers in Vietnam and Thailand, promoted in connection with the title of GCV Ambassador. We have also received information indicating that approximately US$20 in profit may be generated from each card, with the proceeds being controlled or used within their own small groups.

Our concern is not simply the card itself. The more important issues are financial transparency and the use of the GCV name.

When money is collected from pioneers, there should be clear answers:

Who collects the money? What is the actual cost of each card? How much profit is generated? Where does the money go? How is it used? Are there transparent financial records that the community can verify?

Based on the information currently available to us, we have not seen sufficient public financial transparency regarding these activities.

Lumari helped promote and expand Global Pi-GCV Peace Alliance internationally, this Alliance sell this card with the intention of reaching pioneers in additional countries. This is why we believe the global community should be made aware and exercise caution.

Most importantly:

GCV Ambassador status within the Global GCV Movement cannot be purchased by buying a card.

Purchasing a card does not make anyone an officially appointed GCV Ambassador of the Global GCV Movement.

A GCV Ambassador is a voluntary position of service, responsibility, and honor. It should never become a commercial tool through which an individual or small group profits from pioneers.

At the same time, we should not automatically declare that selling or purchasing such a card is illegal or fraudulent. Whether any activity violates the law depends on the specific facts, applicable local laws, and the findings of the appropriate authorities.

However, whenever the GCV name, GCV Ambassador title, or community influence is used to sell products and generate profits from pioneers, the community has every right to demand full transparency.

Before paying money, every pioneer should ask:

What exactly am I buying? Who authorized it? And where is my money going?

Protecting pioneers, protecting the credibility of GCV, and protecting our community from non-transparent financial activities is our responsibility.

FINAL WARNING

Notice on Mandatory Work Reporting and Qualification Review by September 30

I. MANDATORY WORK REPORTING — FINAL DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2026
This work reporting requirement is mandatory.

All GCV Ambassadors, Special Envoys, and other relevant appointment or certificate holders who have received appointments, certificates, or titles from the Global GCV Movement must return and complete their work reports by:

September 30, 2026

There is no ambiguity regarding this requirement:

Anyone who fails to return and report their work by September 30 will have their appointment, title, and related credentials revoked.

NO REPORT = NO RECOGNITION.

Some individuals who previously received appointments or certificates have already lost contact with the organization. We do not know what they are currently doing, whom they are working with, or whether they are still fulfilling their responsibilities within the Global GCV Movement.

Under these circumstances, we cannot continue allowing individuals who are no longer accountable to the organization to hold or use Global GCV Movement identities, titles, or credentials.

Therefore, this review will establish a new and updated official list of recognized members.

II. OFFICIAL RECOGNITION AFTER SEPTEMBER 30
After September 30, we will retain only those individuals who have:

returned and reported their work, completed the necessary verification, continued to fulfill their responsibilities, and remained accountable to the Global GCV Movement.

Anyone who fails to report by the deadline will be removed from the active list, and their previous appointments, titles, and credentials will no longer be recognized by the Global GCV Movement.

Upon completion of this review, we will compile and announce the official list of qualified and currently recognized GCV Ambassadors, Special Envoys, and other relevant title holders.

New certificates may not necessarily be issued. The latest official list published after this review will serve as the basis for current recognition.

Anyone whose name does not appear on the final official list will no longer be recognized as a current representative, Ambassador, Special Envoy, leader, or authorized title holder of the Global GCV Movement, regardless of any certificate or appointment previously issued.

III. SECOND-STAGE REVIEW FOR THOSE WHO REPORT
Submitting a work report does not automatically mean that an individual has passed the final review.

Those who return and report will undergo a second-stage review covering:

Their actual work and contributions, fulfillment of responsibilities, participation in training and education, implementation of organizational requirements, and support for official Global GCV Movement communications and community education.

This review will also include recent participation in supporting official communications through X and Facebook, including appropriate likes, reposts/shares, and support for previously published educational materials and official messages.

If you hold a title, you must carry responsibility.
If you carry responsibility, you must take action.

IV. DISCLAIMER

Any individual whose appointment, title, or credentials are revoked because they failed to report by September 30, or who does not appear on the final official list following this review, will no longer be recognized as a current Ambassador, Special Envoy, leader, representative, or authorized title holder of the Global GCV Movement.

Any subsequent statements, activities, business dealings, fundraising, financial activities, commitments, representations, or other actions undertaken by such individuals in their personal capacity do not represent the Global GCV Movement or its leadership.

Individuals whose recognized status has ended are not authorized to claim that they represent, speak for, or act on behalf of the Global GCV Movement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Global GCV Movement assumes no responsibility for unauthorized activities undertaken by such individuals after their recognized organizational status has ended.

OUR PRINCIPLE IS VERY CLEAR:

We would rather temporarily slow down our development than allow the organization to make serious mistakes.
We would rather have fewer people than allow disconnected, inactive, or non-compliant individuals to continue using our name, titles, or credentials in ways that could damage the reputation of the Global GCV Movement and the trust of pioneers.

All responsible leaders and management teams are requested to begin the review immediately.

September 30, 2026 is the final deadline.

WHY HAVE WE WAITED SEVEN YEARS?

Do you understand now?

Every day, I see pioneers asking:

Why is it taking so long?
Why are we still waiting?
Why, after seven years, have we still not seen the results we expect?

Many pioneers therefore direct their frustration toward the project team:

Why haven’t I received KYC yet?
Why haven’t my Pi been migrated yet?
Why isn’t the ecosystem mature yet?
Why haven’t we seen real economic results?

In fact, all of these questions are connected.

THE PROJECT TEAM CANNOT MAKE PI SUCCEED ALONE

The project team has invested enormous amounts of funding, manpower, technology, time, and resources. Dr. Nicolas and his family have also demonstrated a long-term commitment to this project and to the pioneer community.

Of course they want Pi to succeed.

But there is a Chinese saying:

“Even the most skillful cook cannot prepare a meal without rice.”

The project team can provide funding, develop the technology, and build the network.

But they cannot complete the community’s responsibilities on behalf of millions of pioneers.

We are partners with the project team.

They build the technology and infrastructure. We must build a community that truly understands, supports, and uses Pi.

Both sides must fulfill their responsibilities.

WHY CAN’T LARGE-SCALE MIGRATION HAPPEN YET?

For Pi to produce the real economic results pioneers want to see, we need:

Large-scale migration.
A safe and trustworthy community.
A mature ecosystem.

But this is exactly where we are blocked.

For the ecosystem to mature, more pioneers need to migrate and participate.

However, if the community’s understanding and security conditions are not mature enough, large-scale migration becomes risky.

Many pioneers may sell everything immediately after their Pi is migrated.

If large numbers of pioneers think only about short-term cashing out without understanding or supporting the long-term vision of the White Paper, large-scale migration could create risks for the network and ecosystem.

So the real question is not simply:

“Why haven’t they migrated my Pi?”

The more important question is:

“What will millions of pioneers do after their Pi is migrated?”

That is the key.

The Global GCV Movement is pleased to officially announce the appointment of:

MR. ILYAS CIFTCI

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
GLOBAL GCV MOVEMENT

Mr. Ilyas Ciftci has previously served as Vice Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Global GCV Movement Grand Council. During this period, he has demonstrated commitment, responsibility, loyalty, organizational ability, and a willingness to undertake substantial work for our global community.

As the Global GCV Movement continues to expand, we need stronger coordination and execution across our countries, leadership teams, and six functional divisions. The CEO position therefore requires not only a title, but consistent action, communication, accountability, and the ability to turn the strategic direction of the Grand Council into practical implementation.

After careful consideration of our current organizational needs and Mr. Ilyas Ciftci’s performance and contribution, I have decided to appoint him as Chief Executive Officer of the Global GCV Movement, effective September 10, 2026.

As CEO, Mr. Ilyas Ciftci will work closely with the Chairperson, Grand Council, national leadership teams, and the six divisions to strengthen global coordination, follow up on implementation, improve accountability, and help ensure that decisions are translated into measurable action.

At the same time, Mr. Ali Yanık, our former CEO, has been transferred to the position of Executive Secretary to the Chairperson due to his current family circumstances. We sincerely appreciate his previous service as CEO and look forward to his continued contribution in his new role.

Leadership is not about titles. Leadership means responsibility, service, execution, and results.

I congratulate Mr. Ilyas Ciftci on his new responsibility and ask all Global GCV leaders, ambassadors, divisions, and country teams to cooperate with and support him in carrying out his duties.

8. Helping to Spread Fraud Also Creates Responsibility

Some people say:

“I did not take the money.”
“I only shared the information.”
“I only introduced people.”

But if you already know that information is false and still deliberately promote it, recruit others, or use your credibility to help the deception spread, you cannot simply say that you have nothing to do with the consequences.

From the Buddhist perspective, intention matters.

Someone who unknowingly shares incorrect information is different from someone who knows it is false but continues spreading it for money, commissions, status, or personal benefit.

Therefore, every pioneer must be extremely careful:

Do not endorse what you cannot verify.
Do not knowingly spread fraudulent promises.
Do not help others deceive people for financial gain.

9. True Repentance Requires Action

Buddhism does not teach that someone who has made mistakes can never change.

But true repentance is not simply saying:

“I am sorry.”

If you have deceived others, genuine correction requires action:

Stop the deception.
Stop recruiting new victims.
Stop spreading false information.
Acknowledge the wrongdoing.
Return what should be returned whenever possible.
Compensate for harm where possible.
Do not repeat the conduct.
Turn from harmful actions toward good actions.

If someone says he has repented but continues deceiving others, that is not genuine repentance.

10. The Final Warning to Every Pioneer

Never envy those who temporarily obtain wealth through deception.

You may see the money they gained.

But you cannot see the full chain of causes and consequences behind it.

Remember:

> Wealth can be rebuilt, but never sacrifice your integrity, good causes, and blessings for dishonest money.

For our GCV community, this principle must be clear:

No deception.
No fraud.
No dishonest wealth.
No knowingly helping others spread fraud.

Choose truth, integrity, compassion, responsibility, and right livelihood.

A healthy community cannot be built upon lies.

A sustainable ecosystem cannot be built upon fraud.

And true prosperity cannot be built upon the suffering of others.

Respect cause and effect.

Protect your integrity.

Walk the right path and earn righteous wealth.

WITHOUT A FOUNDATION OF TRUST, THERE CAN BE NO REAL ECOSYSTEM

We must understand that this problem is not limited to the Chinese community.

What you are seeing in these screenshots is happening in China, but similar misinformation is spreading across communities in other countries as well.

The stories may be different, but the pattern is almost always the same:

“September 15 will bring the result.”

“This month everything will be realized.”

“The physical-goods exchange window is about to open.”

“The exchange interface is almost ready.”

“Just wait a few more days.”

“Financial freedom is coming.”

One promise after another.

When one date passes without the promised result, another date appears. When one story collapses, another “major good news” story replaces it.

But the most serious problem is not simply that somebody creates misinformation.

The more serious problem is that large numbers of pioneers believe it.

Why?

Because many pioneers have never received systematic basic education about Pi Network. They do not know how to verify information, how to distinguish official information from fabricated content, or how to recognize AI-generated and manipulated videos.

So when they see a professionally produced video, a person who appears authoritative, or someone presented as “Dr. Nicholas,” “Dr. Fan,” or another important figure, they assume:

“It must be true.”

Then they like it.

They forward it.

They share it into groups.

Other pioneers see thousands of likes or shares and think:

“So many people believe it—it must be real.”

And misinformation spreads from one person to ten people, from ten to hundreds, and from one group into many communities.

This is an extremely serious problem.

Popularity does not prove truth.

Thousands of likes do not turn false information into official information.

And repeating the same rumor thousands of times does not make it true.

This is exactly why I continue emphasizing basic pioneer education.

If pioneers do not have the ability to think independently and verify information, misinformation will continue to find an audience.

And if misinformation continues dominating the community, how can we build trust?

How can merchants confidently build a long-term ecosystem?

How can pioneers make responsible economic decisions?

How can a healthy community support the long-term development of Pi Network?

Some people keep asking:

“Will September 15 bring us money?”

Can one date automatically bring financial freedom?

Can one date suddenly make your Pi exchangeable for everything you want?

No.

Do not simply lie down and wait for someone else to deliver a result to you.

Wealth is not created by waiting.

An ecosystem is not created by rumors.

Trust cannot be built through deception.

Pioneers must learn.

Pioneers must verify.

Pioneers must think independently.

And leaders must stop feeding pioneers whatever they want to hear simply to gain traffic, followers, or influence.

Stop chasing fake news.

Stop treating AI-generated videos as official announcements.

Stop believing that one magical date will suddenly change your life.

If we cannot change the thinking of the community, we cannot change the foundation of the ecosystem.

Education must come first.
Integrity must come first.
Truth must come first.

Only upon that foundation can we seriously talk about building a sustainable ecosystem and achieving the future we are working toward.

Pioneers want results, but many are looking in the wrong place.

If the project team is ready to announce a result, they will announce it. You do not need to search the Code for it.

Code cannot create economic benefits by itself.

If everyone is chasing Code, who is educating pioneers, building confidence, supporting merchants, and developing the ecosystem?

Without education, trust, and real economic activity, the ecosystem cannot mature—and the results you are waiting for cannot materialize simply because the Code exists.

Remember:

Code is only the foundation.
People build the economy.

SHORT-SIGHTEDNESS — DON’T BLOCK YOUR OWN PATH TO WEALTH FOR SMALL IMMEDIATE GAINS

Today, there is a much better and longer road available to us.

Learn seriously.

Educate pioneers.

Protect integrity.

Stop spreading rumors.

Help the community develop correct understanding.

Let merchants build genuine and sustainable economic activity.

Let leaders take real responsibility.

Help pioneers develop independent thinking and the ability to distinguish reliable information from misinformation.

If our community becomes healthier, more trustworthy, more educated, and more capable of action, the people who genuinely participate in building it can benefit together.

A truly intelligent person does not make money today by destroying tomorrow.

A wise leader does not sacrifice the future for temporary fame.

A far-sighted merchant does not exploit the very people who may become tomorrow’s customers.

And someone who genuinely wants prosperity does not personally block the road that could lead toward it.

So today, I once again remind every leader, merchant, and pioneer:

STOP BEING SHORT-SIGHTED.

Do not sacrifice integrity for traffic.

Do not lose your direction for temporary fame.

Do not destroy a larger future opportunity for a small immediate gain.

And do not dream about financial freedom while simultaneously doing things that undermine the healthy development of the community.

Look farther ahead.

The causes you create today help shape the results you may experience tomorrow.

When a better, more responsible, and more sustainable road is already in front of us, why refuse to take it?

Do not allow a small temptation directly in front of your eyes to prevent you from seeing the much greater future ahead.

That is the true meaning of “鼠目寸光”—short-sightedness.

TENTANG NILAI DAN KESETAARAAN PI:
Benar sekali Secara hakikat satuan Pi yang sah itu sama nilainya, baik yang kamu dapatkan lewat penambangan resmi dalam aplikasi, maupun yang kamu beli dari bursa perdagangan yang sah, asal benar-benar mata uang Pi asli yang resmi dikeluarkan jaringan Pi. Tidak ada beda jenis koinnya, semuanya adalah satuan Pi yang sama. Syarat mutlaknya: harus berhasil masuk ke Dompet Pi resmi, sudah lulus verifikasi identitas, serta sudah dipindahkan ke rantai utama (migrasi). Yang bisa masuk ke dompet resmi dan tercatat di buku besar jaringan, itulah Pi yang sah dan diakui sistem sepenuhnya 🐎

⚠️ PENTING DIINGAT: Hanya jumlah yang sudah selesai dipindahkan ke rantai utama dan tercatat benar-benar di jaringan Pi-lah yang sah sepenuhnya. Jumlah yang masih tertahan di bursa, belum masuk dompetmu, atau belum selesai pindah ke rantai utama belum sepenuhnya mutlak menjadi milikmu di dalam ekosistem Pi.

TENTANG JUMLAH DAN TUGAS SERTA MISI:

- Pi hasil penambangan: Mengikuti seluruh ketentuan resmi: ada batas yang bisa dipindahkan, sebagian tetap terkunci untuk menjaga kestabilan, dan semuanya ikut hitungan tugas serta kemajuan misi akun penambangan masing-masing sejak awal bergabung.

- Pi yang didapat dari luar / bursa: Nilai tukarnya sama persis satu banding satu, TAPI tidak bisa menambah kemajuan misi penambangan pribadi — misi menambah jumlah teman yang menambang, waktu keanggotaan, status lama di jaringan, semuanya tetap berjalan sesuai riwayatmu sendiri sejak kamu bergabung. Uang Pi yang masuk dari luar hanya menambah saldo yang sudah sah di dompetmu, tidak mempercepat atau menggantikan syarat tugas yang harus dicapai sendiri lewat jalur pembangunan komunitas bersama 🦅

TENTANG PENGGUNAAN DAN “MISI MENGHABISKAN PI DI BURSA”

Tujuan sebenarnya Pi bukan sekadar dijual beli di bursa luar tujuan sejati kita adalah menggunakannya langsung di dalam ekosistem, bertukar barang, jasa, membangun usaha, berdagang sesama anggota dengan nilai kesepakatan yang kita bangun bersama.

Bursa hanyalah salah satu tempat sementara; yang menjamin kekuatan nilainya jangka panjang adalah kita benar-benar memakainya sehari-hari, membangun ekonomi nyata bersama-sama. Itulah inti semangat GCV: membangun harga yang nyata lewat kegunaan nyata, bukan sekadar angka di layar bursa luar 🇮🇩💙

Kesimpulan singkat:
👉 Satuannya sama, nilainya sama
👉 Syarat masuk dan keamanannya sama ketatnya
👉 Riwayat tugas serta kemajuan perjalananmu sendiri tetaplah milikmu yang tak tergantikan
👉 Semua Pi sah, di mana pun asalnya, kekuatan masa depannya tumbuh bersama kita bangun dengan kepercayaan, kesabaran, kejujuran, dan pemakaian nyata bersama ✊🦅
