Has anyone watched any short cdramas before? They’re quite good! Watched 2 yesterday & watching another one today. Quite recommended if you want a pretty chill yet cute drama to watch but don’t want to commit to a 24-40 eps drama. 👍

Soonrok’s Love Cell 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

After watching Yumi's Cells and reading that post, I finally understand why Soonrok’s Love Cell hid the X-ray.

Normally, Soonrok’s Love Cell is very strict when it comes to rejecting other women like a surgeon, it “cuts off” or removes those feelings without hesitation. But when it realized that Soonrok was starting to develop feelings for Yumi, it chose to hide the evidence (the X-ray) so those feelings wouldn’t be “operated on” or discarded even if that made it seem incompetent as a cell. In the end, its priority is clear protecting the happiness of its host, Soonrok.

🩵 “If there’s even a hint of interest, he draws a clear line immediately. It’s fascinating how they portrayed a cold, guarded man through a ‘love cell’ that acts like a surgical specialist.”

🩵 “This really proves how ‘cells’ work. Soonrok thinks he has no feelings, so he sets strict boundaries with Yumi, but he can’t actually control his own emotions… In the end, it’s a cell that supports ‘himself (Soonrok).’”

🩵 “It’s always touching how each person’s cells only have one main character.”

So, Soonrok didn’t hide the X-ray to suppress his feelings, he hid it to protect and support his love.

Like that post… I realized it a bit too late. It really feels like his Love Cell isn’t blocking anything, it’s quietly guiding things in his favor. When it discovered the two shadows in the X-ray (two hearts), it didn’t tell anyone. Even when it was criticized as a reckless move, it still chose to keep it hidden.

Because at the end of the day, it’s Soonrok’s Love Cell, so of course it chooses to support its own person.
