But I really can't help but be passionate about it... so, the only way I can make it a safe space for people and myself is if I enforce strict rules for when the topic is discussed, and hope for the best.

I think I've inadvertently made my streams center around the topics of mental health, which is something I advocate heavily for. But I am sometimes very hesitant to dwell on those topics because of the potential danger I put myself in with a public audience
