Suspended, no reason given. No export window. Appeal rejected, then closed "without further reconsideration."
Gone: my Microsoft certifications. Every OneDrive file. Family photos with no other copy.
Two data regulators now have it.

@MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft 11/ Within hours of posting this I got the "I know a guy who can recover it" reply.
There isn't a guy. No third party can reverse a Microsoft enforcement action.
The vultures know the appeals process is a dead end. That's what makes it a market.

1/ Microsoft deleted my Microsoft certifications.
They issued the credentials. They hosted the only proof . Then they closed my account and took my professional record with it.
15 years of data gone. how it works,because nobody knows until it happens to them. @MicrosoftHelps

I'm not asking for sympathy. I'm asking to be told which policy I broke, and to be given my own files back. One of those should be trivially easy.
