#PICA completed inspection of a 203 mm (8” inch) unlined carbon steel fuel transfer pipeline at an Eastern Canada marine terminal. Using Advanced #RFT, our team assessed ~1,600 m (5,250 ft) of pipe to deliver high-resolution condition data supporting safe, reliable operations.
#RFT and #NFT aren’t interchangeable—especially for concrete pressure pipe. NFT detects broken prestressing wires in PCCP. RFT evaluates the condition and corrosion of steel cylinders, supporting a broader assessment across PCCP, RCCP, and BWP.
