We are saddened to learn of the passing of our friend and mentor, Diana Kennedy who left the earth this morning. Jim learned everything he knows about Mexican cuisine, from dining and cooking in Mexico with Ms. Kennedy over the span of 40 years.
The photo was taken at El Hotel Rancho San Cayetano, located down the hill from Ms. Kennedy’s residence. Infused with her vast knowledge of the regional cuisines of Mexico, a meal with Ms. Kennedy was always a learning experience and will be missed by Jim.
