@JDhelpteam ordered 25th November, no update since the 27th saying its been delayed... cant get through to anyone and just fobbed off on automated nonsense saying its with courier. Not good enough is it!? Emailed, sent Facebook message and now here. Can someone sort it!

@emmabalkind For over a year. Took it to the ombudsman, they ruled in my favour and issued a load of "resolutions " including some compensation.... it's been nearly a month and I've still heard nothing from TE. Worst company i have ever dealt with

@emmabalkind I've had issues with TE for best part of 12 months, never had a correct bill, didnt close my previous account down properly, I'd been paying for the supply at a previous property still, I've got a bill for 1300 that hasnt taken into account the £85 a month that I've been paying..

@itsheathersman @Working4Biz @TogetherEnergy Haha, only just seen this! I still havent had a bill, it's been to the ombudsman who favoured with me, they gave a set of resolutions that together were supposed to comply with.... I've had nothing. They really are garbage. At my wits end with them!
