@EAHelp When starting FC26 ultimate team my game crashed once I'd picked my league and while I was loading in a game to unlock the special player pick. Now ive been able to get back on however I cant get that player pick anymore. Is there anyway of helping?

@PlayStation I did the update and now even though I already have PlayStation plus for a year it won't let me access any online games and is saying I need to pay again when there is evidence that I paid before. I'm so confused right now. Can anyone help?
