@SkyHelpTeam hello, what’s going on with your programs at the moment? First the sound issue with Netflix and other apps (only through sky)then Chicago and now the rookie? Absolutely ridiculous I have to come here time and time again to see what’s going on. Never had any issues1/2

@SkyHelpTeam hello, trying to watch the latest episode of @NBCOneChicago @NBCChicagoPD and 15 mins in it goes black. Been trying since yesterday. Turned it off at the wall multiple times. Just another issue in a long list of issues since I changed from Sky Q to stream🙃
