@WayfairUK Just wanted to say thank you to wayfair. The best customer service I have come across. Two chairs that I ordered arrived faulty. They replaced immediately, we had our new chairs within the week and they told us to keep the original and give them to charity. Thank you!

@HughesInsurance Called to remove business cover from my car policy and change occupation to be told there are no reductions in my monthly payments with no decent reason + whilst being told I shouldve been charged more!Unbelievable this can be justified by any insurance company.

@WayfairUK I would have expected with such high quality chairs that a simple thing such as alignment should not have been an issue. Very disappointed with workmanship. Can you please arrange for someone to pick up the one chair that we cannot assemble and send us out replacement

@WayfairUK The screws and holes between the seat and back are not aligned. We have been able to shift one of them enough that it eventually fitted but the other one is so far off there is nothing we can do with it. ( 2 of 2)

@WayfairUK Hi I have received chairs from my order #3024722684. All four of the 'Holmes Upholstered dining chair by brambly cottage' are fine but the two 'Wimbledon Upholstered dining chair by Fairmont Park' have been horrendous and impossible to assemble. (1 message of 2)
