and new office building infrastructures instead of building these said resources and housing they are promoting to houseless people. oregon also has one of the best accessible healthcare systems but houseless with mental disorders can’t get help or treated bc they’re on streets

It’s not houseless people’s faults they have restricted portapotties and there are no public restrooms anymore downtown. it’s the city officials who don’t do enough to put more programs and resources out for them. saying this as someone who lived in pdx chinatown for 3.5 yrs

I’m be talked to more than a handful of people who are houseless in PDX and a lot come from Cali bc they say there are more resources here and it’s easier to get on a list for transitional housing but the wait list is MONTHS out.what do u expect pdx peioritizes new modern condos
