@OpenreachHelp They escalated this months ago and every two weeks we get an update saying “you’ll have another update in 2 weeks”... Not impressed! We’re two professionals working from home
and have 2 children who have barely been unable to watch tv in 5 months, as the 4G isn’t sufficient.

@OpenreachHelp Yes, with BT. They said it’s out of their hands and only Openreach can resolve this. Our neighbours had a scaffold tower around a decayed pole, but they’ve logged it as needing replacing. Please can you just put a scaffold tower up again. ����

@alastc No I haven’t, but it would make sense for a screen reader user. There would be a bit of a weird readability issue for non-screen reader users.. Is there any way around this with aria tags / invisible full-stops that are read out perhaps?
