Weird light with half double halo of what looked like light up clouds in front if it which expanded out from center seen over southern Ontario just after 11pm on Aug 15, 2026. Filmed by friend if mine.

@castor_wheels @DeziR00 No, it didn't look like that at all. The light up energy burst was in front of the bright point of light and it was expanding in size like a ring of air in water or a smoke ring.
