在大厂下场personal agent 的今天，面对完善的生态，大量的广告宣发，组织化的工程师团队，创业者做personal agent的优势在哪里？

在现在这个时间点，我觉得有两个.
1. 沿着大厂的personal agent（instinct, muse,cue, dots), 做他们的peripheral。 比如一个接入他们agent的硬件，一个提供domain 内专业数据的mcp。

2.做专业的垂直agent。深度了解你的客户，拿捏他们的需求，在UI 交互上做创新，提前占位用户心智与数据。AI agent 有高粘性的特质，一个人用好了特定agent很难迁移到不同的软件. 因为你已经经过了一遍连接email等等等烦人配置，让用户更换app无比痛苦，除非又不得不换的理由。

在惠州呆了两天，从惠州到深圳的时间总计1h，海边的房租也是便宜的离谱。
