Tadi siang gw diinterview sama salahsatu media, katanya ada Pejabat Tinggi bilang, sekarang banyak pengangguran karena Skill Gap antara dunia akademik dengan industri.

Salahsatunya gw jawab, itu tuh cuma kambing hitam. Ya gimana, lokernya ga ada. sekalinya lulus kuliah, saingannya sama seniornya yang udah lulus lama, punya pengalaman lama, tapi kena layoff.

Ada satu yang sebenernya mau gw tambahin tp ga enak: "Ya gimana, lokernya misal ada 2, yang megang 1 orang. itu kayak si yang bikin pernyataan, udah jadi pejabat, jadi komisaris pula. harusnya kan bisa mempekerjakan 2 orang, malah diembat semua."
