@jalbertbowdenii Oh yeah, not an initial claim situation (but I know that doesn't make it any better). Something I've heard, but haven't tried myself so can't vouch for it, but try calling the customer service number between 8-8:15 a.m. They've changed it so you can leave a call back number.

@Adequate_Scott @ChesleyRoger It has been one of the things I've missed most in this pandemic. The ability for kids to just run relatively freely without worry. Only a few outdoor playgrounds have been able to replicate that.
