For the second Sunday I a row (the only 2 times I’ve tried) the @ThreeUKSupport chat support doesn’t work - they flash up their work hours and disconnect. Except work hours they show is to 8 pm uk time and it’s only 6:12 pm. Same last Sunday. Changing providers when I get back

Travelling abroad using @ThreeUK - good luck with Data Passports. The links they send don't work and don't get sent every day. Customer service can help sort out - when they're open. It's Sunday so close at 8 pm UK. Or in reality earlier because it is 6:43pm now but it cuts out.
