Understanding HAQQ L1 & L2 — Simply 👀

Many people hear:

“HAQQ is building with Ethereum Layer 2…”

But what does that actually mean?

To understand this, we first need to understand Ethereum itself.

Think of Ethereum as a massive global digital city.

It is secure, trusted, decentralized, and filled with activity from developers, applications, users, and billions of dollars in ecosystem movement.

Because of that, Ethereum became one of the strongest foundations in Web3.

But there is a challenge.

As more people use the network, traffic becomes heavier.

Transactions can become slower.
Gas fees can become more expensive.
And user experience becomes less efficient during high activity.

This is known as the scalability problem.

That is where Layer 2 becomes important.

Layer 2 does not replace Ethereum.
