@SugarSync File uploads stuck in SugarSync desktop application since Wednesday 7/29. Filed a ticket on Friday, two days and no reply. Is anyone home?

@SugarSync tech support seems to have gone down the tubes. The Zendesk techs are still good, but SSync haven't contracted for enough of them. I've spent a week failing to get a fix over email. Timed out twice trying to call the support line. Looking into alternative providers.
