@Se_Railway what's happening with the Medway Valley line right now? All the services are showing as delayed; is this just a tracking issue rather than an actual disruption to the service?
@nero_software your website domain has expired and as a result I can't use Nero burning ROM as it keeps saying it can't activate the software (even though I've paid for and already activated it and used it for 6 months). Please can you sort this asap!!
@Vimeo what is going on with your customer support? I've had an ongoing issue now for 3 weeks and I've chased multiple times without reply. Given I'm paying for this service I find this astonishing, not to mention the impact it's having on my business.
@AlexG595@TheSnowDreamer I think a lot of that is down to tree cover more than anything else, can confirm the grass is in a very bad state down here in Kent, with the exception of the very far south east which did have thunderstorms earlier and lots of rain / flooding
@bt_uk if we started a new broadband contact before the end of March 2024, would we still see the March 24 price increase this year or would the price be fixed until next year's price increase (Much like o2 and virgin are doing for new contracts in Feb / March)?

@O2 Not happy! Please can you look at your support network. I've phoned twice over 2 days trying to sort an issue, and instead of sorting the issue, your support team both times tried to sell me a new contract! If I wanted a new contract I'd call and ask for that!
@XboxSupport I'm trying to renew my subscription for Xbox games pass, mobile phone payment failed, can't retry, won't let me pay by card, throws up an error, and the support website is throwing up errors so I can't even request a call back. How am I supposed to fix this?!?!
I've been on with customer services who refunded me for data used since my plan was removed without notifications but I've lost my rollover data and have no idea if this will happen again next month without warning! Could you implement a message saying if there are problems? 2/2
@O2 not impressed with your new payg rolling plan. Had a text saying payment was due to be taken. Nothing since then and found out that it's been removed from my account without any form of notification. No failed payment message from my bank or from you, just no plan!! 1/2
