Today we've granted the first nuclear site licence to an operating facility in 15 years. ONR’s Chief Nuclear Inspector, Mark Foy, granted the licence to Inutec Ltd. who occupy part of the Magnox Ltd. Winfrith nuclear site in Dorset.
