🚨 North Carolina high school counselor arrested for sending explicit photos and videos to students. Lesli Lambeth Bryant, 37, a former counselor at Orange High School in Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a minor and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Authorities say she sent sexually explicit photos and videos of herself to students through Snapchat. The case surfaced after a tip was made to the school in June. Bryant was suspended, later resigned, and turned herself in on July 2. She is currently being held on a $50,000 bond. Another adult in a trusted school position has been charged with targeting students. What more should schools do to protect students from staff who abuse their authority and access?
