@dcpye @KCJ_Kim You're welcome! If they are going to use separate Microbits to measure each side of the insulation they may have to calibrate them both to the same base temperature.

@dcpye @KCJ_Kim But, the sensor is actually measuring the temperature of the silicon die on the main CPU, not ambient temperature, so readings may fluctuate slightly.

@dcpye @KCJ_Kim According to the specs, the temperature sensor has a range of -25C .. 75C, works in increments of 0.25C, and has an accuracy of +/-4C (uncalibrated). You should be able to measure differences of 0.25C.

A huge highlight was today's tour of the Sony Technology Center in Wales, where we saw the Pi3B+ boards being manufactured. Seriously impressive people, processes, and products. The journey of the Raspberry Pi has been amazing up to here, and the future looks just as bright!

The number of educators, code clubs, and kids that the Raspberry Pi Foundation is working with is staggering, I believe 11,000 code clubs around the world and climbing. The passion and commitment of the foundation staff is truly impressive.
