recently I lost sparks & motivation to work which is driven by some reasons
- 2 weeks of no-work. Too comfortable by doing eat-pray-sleep during my umrah trip
- Move to new team with missing direct leader, no one onboard me clearly on what to do and what’s my scopes are

However, after I recovered from flu and TODAY do 1 on 1 with my Head (+2). Now I can understand clearly about the role which need to change my current mindset from ops work -> strategy work. Huhu semoga bisa mengubah mindset ini setelah 1 taun lebih jadi ops team.

pro:
- Being led by overseas leader means can come & go home at anytime. (or even wfh)
- Do pilates ~1.5x per week
- First time doing UMRAH + subsidized the budget
- Pay ticket to Japan for famili

- FULL YEAR OF BURDEN even just by becoming wni since that person elected as president. Full of changes and unclear rules.
- Work & career path related problem
- Unclear plan on my dating journey
- Some skillset target not achieved
