African Arabs continue to capture weaker Africans, then they are “sold as slaves to Saudi Arabia and Qatar” is overstated in this exact form. Most current slave auctions happen inside Libya, not for direct export to the Gulf.

However, once ransomed or released, some migrants are trafficked to the Gulf via smuggling networks, and there have been cases of people being sent to Saudi/Qatar as forced labor after passing through Libya.

The fear and desperation shown in the video is real and matches hundreds of similar testimonies.
